Featured Newsletter Beer(s) for July 2008
July has arrived and has finally brought us some nice weather! It looks like it will stay for the fourth so come on in and get your party needs.
We have some great new beers to offer you. Grand Teton Brewing Company of Jackson Hole, WY is in. They offer a twelve pack variety pack as well as some great offerings in six packs. Styles range from a light blond to a fantastic ESB. We have it cold or warm for your enjoyment. Come on in and try some today.
Also new to the shelves, we have O'Haras Irish Red and Irish Stout, both available in four packs. Fullers London Porter is here in six packs and 1845 is available in single bottles. Brewers Bitter from Surly Brewing Company is now available in 16oz. four pack cans as well as Bender and Furious.
It took awhile to get, but we have been able to locate and find Rush River Brewing Company Bubble Jack IPA and Unforgiven Amber. For those of you that have been looking, come in and grab a six pack. If you want it cold, just ask.
Back for a second run is Woody Creek White, Belgian Style Wit Beer, from Flying Dog Brewing Company. This was very popular last year so get it while its here. A new offering from Flying Dog is Kerberos Triple. Named after the three-headed dog of the underworld, it is a very tasty Belgian –style ale, definitely worth trying.
For those of you that like to branch out of the norm, Castle Brewery of Belgium has Kasteel Rouge. I have not tasted this beer yet but it is a Belgian ale blended with cherries and cherry juice. They soak chocolate covered cherries in liquor then blend that juice with the beer. It was described to be as tasting like a blend of champagne and chocolate covered cherries. Definitely not for everyone, but intriguing non the less.
As always, if you are looking for a certain beer, let us know and we will do everything we can to locate the product and get it here for you.
Enjoy your holiday and remember, Westside Liquor has the best selection of beer and the best service in central Minnesota.
