Maria Guerrero Corona
This month up for review is the Maria Guerrero Corona this cigar measures 5 ½ inches long with a 44 ring gauge.
Maria Guerrero is made by a company called Altadis; they have been around since 1918 making cigars. The company owns and makes over 40 different brands of cigars as well as the largest pipe tobacco seller in the US.
The cigars are made Flor de Copan factory located in the town of Santa Rosa de Copan. Originally named after a Spanish actress these cigars are a thing of beauty. The cigar itself has a flawless African camoroon wrapper and inside it boasts long-leaf fillers from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Peru.
On to the cigar I found that the smell and pre-light there where no revealing flavor just the smell of a good cigar. Smoking the cigar I got a lot of what I would call a creamy taste with a little pepper hear and there it is a good mild smooth smoke. So if you are looking for a cigar with a consistent, solid smoke that will not let you down, pick up the Maria Guerrero Corona and give it a whirl.
