I first tasted this beer at the Boulder Beer paring at the Westside Liquor Learning Center (Sartell, MN).

This event was very well done and the beer/food paring was spot on. If you have never been to a paring you will find a whole new appreciation for beer and certain foods and how they compliment each other.  We did egg rolls with a mild curry dipping sauce to compliment this beer.  (Even my mother was impressed) We all agreed that this beer was light enough to have with any summer meal (breakfast excluded).  This was a nice beer for any summer activity not to heavy to fill you up and light sweet fruit essences to quench most any thirst.

The experts gave this beer a 2.8 out of 5 score while me and my friends scored this at 3.7.  I scored this beer the highest out of our group because I like most all beer and this filled my sitting on the patio, during the summer, eating and drinking beer need quite well.  I again want to thank my beer swilling friends Tim Gilbert, Telal Al-Rifai, Bill Bettendorf, Mike St Marie, Randy Loidolt, Christine Vorpahl, Bee-Ma (my mom) and myself.  I would also like to thank my new friends at Boulder Beer and C& L distributors for sponsoring the beer paring (see below).  Please give the recommended Boulder Beer / food paring a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Beer Joke About The Devil:

The Devil walks into a crowded bar. When the people see who it is, they all run out except this one old man. So the devil walks up to him and says" Do you know who I am?" and the old man sips his beer and answers "yep". The Devil says "Well, why aren't you afraid of me?" The old man looks over and says" I've been married to your sister for 27 years, why the hell should I be scared of you."

Please, join me in supporting the beer makers of America and enjoy your beer.

Beer Friend,
