Made with Odell’s 90 Schilling Ale
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/3 c Odell's 90 Schilling Ale
1 clove garlic grated/pressed
Combine cheddar cheese and softened immediately but allowing the dip to rest in the refrigerator overnight allows the flavors to meld and brings out the flavor of the ale.
