5 heaped teaspoons instant Espresso
16 oz boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
1 pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
14 oz Baileys Irish Cream (3.5oz of Baileys Irish cream per person)
Mint leaves to garnish
Stir instant Espresso into boiling water. Sweeten with sugar and add nutmeg. Leave to cool. Place in the freezer and leave for approx. 5 - 6 hours until ice immediately. Garnish with mint leaves.
