1 oz Blended Scotch whiskey (Dewar's 12 Yr)
1 oz Sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Benedictine
Lemon peel for garnish
Stir together all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. drain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Twist a lemon peel over the glass to release its oil and then drop it in.
