1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 red onion minced
juice of 1/4 lemon
3 tablespoons dill weed or 4-5 tablespoons fresh dill.
Season a Salmon Fillet liberally with season salt. Also layer salmon evenly with lemon slices and red onion slices.
Grill medium low until salmon becomes flaky - roughly 20 minutes.
Allow salmon to rest 5 minutes after talking off the grill. Offer the dill sauce to accompany.
