Good Champagne can set you back a couple of Benjamin Franklins, but don't fear for we have some great alternatives with a price to match your wallet. Look for the sparklers coming from Washington State, Spain, California and Australia. These are incredible sparkling wines made in the same way as your expensive Champagnes. The quality is unbelievable and nothing goes better with brunch or to start your festivities then Bubbly. Here are some killer bottles to look for when your out shopping.

Chateau Ste. Michelle Extra Dry - incredible Washington Sate bubbly. Great with friends or to start any occasion.

Seaview Brut - this Australian Sparkler blows me away every time. Great with shellfish.

Codorniu Brut - creamy with all the aromas and flavors of a good cava. Makes a nice aperitif.

Segura Viudas Aria Brut - nice and clean and very refreshing.

Korbel Natural - excellent bubbly from our own USA.

Types of bubbly:
Brut = Dry
Extra Dry = touch of sweetness
Spumante & Asti = Sweet
