Directions:
Mix the dry contents of the package together with oil, egg, and Kahlua. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until the top is dry.

Ingredients:
1 box devil's food cake mix with required add-ins
1 cup ready-made dark chocolate frosting
1/2 cup KAHLUA
6 ounces ready-made chocolate disks for melting
Candy lollipop sticks

OPTIONAL:
2 ounces ready-made white chocolate disks for melting.

Directions:
Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package. Remove cake from oven when finished and allow the cake to cool for one hour. Crumble cake into a large bowl (using hand or stand mixer). Add the Kahl*a and mix. Add the frosting and mix until combined. The mixture will be sticky. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Using a melon baller as a scooper, form 2 inch balls and place on wax paper. Insert lollipop sticks into each ball. Freeze balls for one hour or until solid. Remove pops from the freezer. Melt chocolate disks on the stove and then dip the pops one at a time into the melted chocolate. Arrange the pops onto the lined cookie sheet. Allow pops to set in the refrigerator. OPTIONAL: After pops have set, fill a pastry bag with melted white chocolate and drizzle over the pops for a pretty decoration.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
16 ounces canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon ground
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup KAHLUA OR KAHLUA Pumpkin Spice

Directions:
In a bowl combine graham cracker crumbs with powdered sugar and butter, then press evenly into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake at 350*F for 5 minutes and cool. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Transfer 1 cup of the mixture to another bowl and blend in pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and Kahlua Pumpkin Spice. Pour half of the pumpkin mixture into prepared crust then top with half of cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers using remaining pumpkin and cream cheese mixtures. Using a table knife, cut through layers with uplifting motion in five places to create a marbled effect. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350*F for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, turn the oven off but do not remove cake or open the oven door. Let cake stand in oven for 1 hour then remove and place in the fridge to chill. Remove from pan and serve.

Take your dulce de leche off the heat when you can turn a cooled tablespoon of it upside down without it falling off.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
1/2 cup Kahlua
Butt ham

Directions:
Place ham in 9x13 pan, adding 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan and cover ham tightly with foil. Bake at 325*F adding 15-20 minutes per pound. To make the glaze, combine brown sugar, Kahlua and dry mustard in a saucepan and heat until melted, stirring occasionally. About 1 hour before the ham is finished cooking, pour glaze over ham, recover with foil and return to oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for the remaining 30 minutes or until the thermometer reads 160 degrees inside ham.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, scrubbed
1/3 cup KAHLUA Pumpkin Spice
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400*F. Pierce the sweet potatoes 2 or 3 times with a fork. Bake in a roasting pan for 45 to 60 minutes, until tender. Cut the potatoes in half, lengthwise. Hold the sweet potatoes with a potholder or towel and scoop out the potato flesh into a food mill or ricer. In a medium saucepan, combine Kahl*a, butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper over medium heat. Remove from heat and mash the sweet potatoes in the pan. Stir to combine evenly. Serve immediately.

If you happen to have leftovers, you can put the liquid only back into the original liquor bottles and freezing it works well!

Ingredients:
3 1/2 liters gin
3 1/2 liters rum
3 1/2 liters vodka
6 gallons of orange juice (frozen concentrate)
6 gallons frozen lemonade concentrate
6 gallons apple cider (juice can be used in place, frozen concentrate) 288 ozs beer (1 case cheap brands are fine)
5 lbs apples (core and cut into cubes)
5 lbs oranges(remove seeds and cut slices in half)
5 lbs grapes(slice and remove seeds)
1 watermelon(remove seeds and cut into cubes)
3 qt Strawberries(remove greens and cut into slices)
3 qt cherries(sliced and pitted)

Directions:
The first thing you need is 1 NEW 30-gallon Trash can or plastic container. 24 hours before the party, clean and chop all the fruit and put it into the 30-gallon ashcan/tote. You can put in as much fruit as you can handle chopping, the fruit is the best part! Add all the ALCOHOL to the fruit. Refrigerate over Night. About an hour and a half before the party, add all the juices (and water, if you're using concentrate) to the fruit and alcohol. Add the beer to the fruit, alcohol, and juice. Stir Well. Just before the party starts add the ice. ENJOY, but WATCH OUT for the apples, they are little sponges If you happen to have leftovers, I have found that putting the liquid only back into the original liquor bottles and freezing it works well!
