5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Directions:
Make a marinade by combining bell pepper, garlic, wine, and spices. Set aside. Cut skirt steak into 3 sections and place it in a nonreactive baking dish. Directions:
Squirt the chocolate sauce around inside of a Martini glass. Put ice, Half and Half, vanilla extract and mint jelly in a blender. Blend until creamy. Pour mixture into the Martini glass and garnish with the green cherry.

Directions:
Heat milk and chocolate over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to mix chocolate as it melts. If you're using the vanilla bean, split it open and melted, add liqueur (if desired) and put the mixture in a blender and puree, or whisk by hand to mix well. Pour into cups, top with whipped cream and serve.
