Anejo Smash

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Tequila
½ oz Grand Marnier
½ oz simple syrup
6 to 8 mint leaves
½ lemon (quartered in four chunks)
1 mint sprig, for garnish
Directions:
Muddle the mint leaves with a half of lemon quartered and add the tequila. shake contents with ice and drain over crushed ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a spanked mint sprig right in the middle of the cocktail.

Aperol Spritz

3 parts Sparkling Prosecco
2 parts Aperol
Splash of soda
Directions:
Add Prosecco, then Aperol, then soda and serve chilled over ice with a slice of orange.

Asian Coleslaw with Tangy Rice Vinegar Dressing – Serve with Rose
This recipe uses Asian flavors to liven up a standard coleslaw recipe. To further the Asian influence, try replacing the red cabbage with Napa cabbage.

Ingredients:
4 cups shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 bok choy stalks with leaves
1 1/2 - 2 cups mung bean sprouts
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3/4 teaspoon sesame seed oil
Garnish (optional):
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves, or as desired
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Wash the vegetables and drain thoroughly. Shred the cabbage and carrots. Separate the bok choy stalks and leaves. Cut the stalks diagonally and cut the leaves straight across. Toss the shredded cabbage, carrots, bok choy and mung bean sprouts in a large bowl. Set aside. Stir the olive oil into the rice vinegar. Stir in the sesame seed oil. Place the dressing in the bottom of a bowl, add the vegetables and toss again. Add the cilantro, if using, and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.

2 oz gin
1/3 oz maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/3 oz violet liqueur
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients, except the cherry, and shake until chilled. drain the drink into a coupe glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Azure Sangria

Directions:
Pour chilled Patron Cafe XO into a shot glass. In a shaker, add a splash of Irish Whiskey to RumChata and shake vigorously. Layer on top of Patron Cafe XO.

Back Porch Sweet Tea

Ingredients:
2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
3 oz sweet tea
1 oz sour mix
2 ¼ wedges of lemon, muddled
1 lemon wedge and sugar, for garnish
Directions:
Dry muddle lemons at the bottom of Pint glass. Add ice and all wet ingredients in a shaker; shake well using muddled lemon; pour entire contents back into a Pint glass. Rim the drink with sugar and garnish it with a lemon wedge.

Bacon Wrapped Beef Fillets – Serve with Petite Sirah
Prep: 15 min., Stand: 40 min., Grill: 20 min. Use salt-free seasoning to add big flavor without adding sodium.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon salt-free Greek seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
4 (4-oz) 1 1/2-inch-thick beef tenderloin steaks
4 turkey bacon slices
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish or large zip-top plastic freezer bag: add steaks, turning to coat. Cover or seal, and let stand 30 minutes. Remove steaks from marinade, and discard marinade. Set steaks aside. Medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to the desired degree of doneness. Remove steaks from the grill, and let stand, loosely covered with aluminum foil, 10 minutes before serving.

Bahama Mama

1/2 oz Gold Rum
1/2 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Banana liqueur
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Directions:
In a shaker add ice and all of the ingredients. shake it up real good to mix everything up well. In a hurricane glass, fill 1/2 way with crushed ice and then drain in your cocktail.

Baileys Chai Swizzle
This drink can also be served cold Simply chill tea and serve drink in a tall glass over ice.

1 1/2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
3 oz brewed chai tea
Raw brown sugar
Cinnamon stick
Directions:
Brew a pot of chai tea. Add 2 teaspoons of raw brown sugar for every cup Stir until dissolved. Fill a coffee mug with chai tea and Baileys Original Irish Cream. Stir with a cinnamon stick. This drink can also be served cold Simply chill tea and serve a drink in a tall glass over ice.

Directions:
Place 4-5 raspberries at the bottom of a rocks glass and lightly muddle them. Top raspberries with crushed ice and add Baileys Irish Cream. Garnish with three speared raspberries.

Baileys Mocha Monkey
Even though this is an adults-only cocktail, its sweet and creamy taste will make you feel like a kid again.

1 1/2 oz Baileys with a Hint of Coffee
A generous scoop of vanilla ice cream (softened)
1 1/2 Banana
Chocolate syrup
Banana slice and 3 coffee beans for garnish
Directions:
Combine Baileys, ice cream, one banana and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Swirl the inside of a highball glass with chocolate syrup. Pour blended contents into the glass. Garnish with banana slice and coffee beans.

Baileys Nut Nougat Smoothie
Another great Bailey’s cocktail with frozen yogurt or ice cream.

Ingredients:
6 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
11 oz. cold milk
2 c. vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream
5 1/2 oz. nut nougat cream (Nutella)
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. chopped hazelnuts
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg white
optional 2 tbsp ready-made ganache
Directions:
Place the Baileys, milk and chocolate hazelnut spread into a blender and mix thoroughly in a high setting. Add the ice cream and mix again. Refrigerate. Toast the hazelnuts in a non-stick pan until golden brown, mix with the sugar and place on a plate. Whip the egg white and place it on a saucer. Dip the rim of the glasses first into the egg white, then press into the hazelnut mixture. This creates a very attractive crisp rim. Melt the ready-made ganache in a small dish over a pan of hot water. Sprinkle small dollops onto the bottom of the glass using a long ice cream spoon and turn the glass upside down. This results in long stripes. Refrigerate briefly to harden the glaze. Fill the glasses with the smoothie mixture and garnish with a dollop of whipping cream. Makes: 4-6 portions

Baileys On Ice
Plain and simple.

Drop three large ice cubes into a tumbler. Pour Baileys Original Irish Cream over ice.

Baileys Peppermint Cream
Warm-up with this great Bailey’s cocktail.

4 oz Hot chocolate
Fresh whipped cream
Candy cane

Directions:
Prepare hot chocolate. Pour Baileys and hot chocolate into a coffee mug. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. sprinkle crushed candy cane on top. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Baileys shaken with Ice
The basic, but yummy way to enjoy Bailey’s.

Baileys Toasted Almond Brittle
Use Bailey’s with a Hint of Caramel for this cocktail.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Baileys with a Hint of Caramel
1/2 oz Hazelnut liqueur
1/2 oz Vanilla liqueur
1 oz Half and half
Crushed almonds for garnish
Directions:
Place the crushed almonds onto a plate. Run some vanilla liqueur around the rim of a glass to moisten and then dip the rim into the almonds, pressing gently to adhere. Place the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into the prepared cocktail glass; serve immediately.
