Brandy Manhattan
One of the finest and oldest cocktails. Manhattan was the first cocktail that used vermouth as a modifier.

Ingredients:
1 tsp Maraschino Cherry Juice
1 Maraschino Cherry
2 dashes Bitters
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 oz Brandy
1 splash Water
Directions:
Add the brandy, sweet vermouth and bitters to a mixing glass with cracked ice. Stir well and drain into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Broiled Citrus Fruit Salad with Cointreau and Brown Sugar
This tart dish is a great contrasting flavor for other brunch dishes, such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

Ingredients:
2 quarts jarred citrus fruit salad, drained
3 ounces Cointreau or other orange liqueur
1/3 cup brown sugar (3 handfuls)
Several sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
Directions:
Arrange drained citrus fruit in a casserole dish. Douse fruit with liqueur. Top fruit with three handfuls of brown sugar, sprinkled evenly over the top. Place casserole under a hot broiler six inches from heat source for 7-8 minutes, until sugar just begins to brown and bubble. Garnish warm casserole with torn or chopped fresh mint leaves and serve.

Brother Jimmy’s Plantation Punch

Ingredients:
3 oz Sailor Jerry's Spiced Rum
1 oz coconut rum
1 splash of pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
1 splash of grenadine
1 orange wedge, for garnish
½ oz Myers's rum, for float
Directions:
Shake all the ingredients together, mix them well over ice, then pour them into 16-ounce Mason jar and float the rum on top. Garnish the drink with an orange wedge.

Brownies with Mountain Standard Whipped Cream
Made with Odell’s Mountain Standard

Ingredients:
Your favorite brownie mix
1 c heavy whipping cream
¼ c Mountain Standard
1 t sugar
Your favorite brownie mix 1 cup heavy whipping cream ¼ cup Odell Mountain Standard 1 t sugar
Directions:
Prepare the brownies according to directions. I like Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie mix, I substitute half of the water with Mountain Standard. While the brownies are baking, chill the bowl and beaters for the mixer in the freezer (the colder the bowl and beaters, the better the cream will whip). Once chilled, add the whipped cream and begin mixing on low speed. As the cream thickens, increase the speed. Once whipped, add the _ c Mountain Standard and sugar and continue to whip. When the brownies are served, serve with a dollop of the Mountain Standard whipped cream. Prepare the brownies according to directions. Bruschetta with Prosciutto Parmesan and Pine Nuts – Serve with Chardonnay Unoaked
Lightly toasted French baguette slices are spread with a diced prosciutto and Parmesan cheese blend, then sprinkled with toasted pine nuts.

Ingredients:
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 C. diced prosciutto
1/2 C. freshly grated Parmesan
1 (8-oz.) sweet baguette, cut into 1/2; thick slices
1/2 C. pine nuts, toasted
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350*F. Cream the butter with a wooden spoon until light and creamy. Stir in the prosciutto and Parmesan. Set aside. Arrange the bread on baking sheets in a single layer and Bake until lightly toasted, 7-10 minutes. While still warm, spread 1 tsp. of the butter over each slice. Sprinkle with pine nuts and pepper. Serve.

Bubblegum Bomber
This is a wicked fun little cocktail that tastes just like Bubble Gum!

Directions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Drain into a glass.

2 oz Tequila
3 dashes triple sec

Pour the tequila, apple brandy, triple sec, lemon juice and maple syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. drain into a chilled old-fashioned glass, garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

Candy Cane Cocktail

1 candy cane, crushed, for garnish
2 ounces strawberry vodka
4 dashes white creme de menthe
2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice

Directions:
Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Holding the glass by the stem, rotate the rim to coat with candy. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, creme de menthe, cranberry juice, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into a prepared glass; serve immediately.

Candy Cane Crush

The Cape Codder, or Cape Cod, is one of those popular highballs that are simply a shot of liquor over ice and topped with a mixer.

1 ½ oz Pisco Porton
1 ½ oz vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish with a maraschino cherry
Directions:
Pour vermouth and Pisco Porton into a glass with ice then add the dash of bitters. Stir ingredients together until cool. drain into a martini glass with a maraschino cherry resting at the bottom. If you'd prefer a sweeter taste, add 1/2 oz of vermouth. For a drier drink, add an additional 1/2 oz of Pisco Porton.
